We only install new parts that we purchase from a major distributor who buys parts in large quantities and sells to us at discounted prices. Since our costs are low we are able to sell these parts to our customers at close to wholesale prices. We do not mark up any part, we only bill for the services that we do. This sets us apart from most repair services as they will charge for service as well as mark up the cost of the parts. Most parts are delivered right to the customer’s door, in most cases overnight with only a normal delivery charge.
In addition to saving you money, we also will save you time. We pride ourselves in how quickly we can determine the problem, order the parts and get the repair work done. This eliminates your having to take your RV to a repair shop and wait in line for your repairs.
You will need to decide, with any repair, if it is better to buy used or refurbished parts with no warranty or purchase new parts that have a 2 or 3 year warranty. There are a lot of ads on the internet now that certainly look like a better deal compared with the cost of new. You are almost always better off getting new products with a manufacturer’s warranty, especially since we do not mark up the parts that we purchase for customers and our labor rate is low.
